Dear Admin,
My account (ID: 4086) was banned for racism after I said, "you look like an Indian." I understand this may have come off the wrong way, but I had no intention to offend or be racist.
This is my first time ever being banned, and also the first forum complaint filed against me. I’ve seen other players who’ve done much worse only receive 7-day bans, while I’ve been banned for 30 days. I respectfully feel that’s a bit unfair.
The new event just dropped today, and I was really looking forward to it. I truly apologize if I broke any rules I’ve learned my lesson, and it won’t happen again.
I kindly ask you to consider reducing the ban duration or giving me one chance to prove myself.
