Dear jonny odds,
I really don't know what happened and why I was permanently banned. The last time I played was 2 days ago. I went offline when I was in the beach market and everything was normal and I didn't do much that day. However, after about 2 days I came back and saw that I was banned because of the security ban. I don't know how something like that could happen because I really didn't do anything. I'm really asking for help and an explanation if possible because I'm afraid that I won't get my account back because a lot of work went into it. Thank you for your time.
