I hope you're having a good day. Let me explain the situation in full.
My admin application was accepted, and I messaged Azure asking if we could do the interview tomorrow instead of today. Since Azure wasn't available, he directed me to Arj. Then Arj called me into VC and asked why I was banned from EN1. I shared the reason with him, assuming it could be part of the admin info. He then asked, “Are you this person?” I clearly said no. After that, he asked for my social accounts. Then suddenly, he said, “We don’t need an admin like you” and denied my application before leaving.
I was really excited about this opportunity. I even started working with three English teachers to improve myself. My English was already good, but I’ve now reached a fluent level just for this position. I honestly can’t understand how I could get denied for something like this. I believe Arj is confusing me with someone else.
You can check my full forum history. I only have one Social Club account. I’m even ready to do a PC check if necessary. I'm willing to do anything to become an admin.
Yes, I was banned from EN1, but I am not blacklisted. As far as I know, that’s not a problem. I’ve already explained this situation to Arj, but I can explain again if needed. I am not the person he thinks I am. You can even ask Markus, an admin who knows me from EN1, and he’ll confirm that I’m not that person.
Again, Arj said “We don’t need an admin like you” to me, and I still don’t understand why. I’ve never received any punishments for GR 3.1, 3.2, or provoking. I’m not toxic or arrogant at all.
When I later messaged Arj in DMs asking why he rejected me, he denied ever saying that. However, he clearly said “We don’t need an admin like you” twice during our VC conversation, and I asked him about it both times during the call.
Because of this, I kindly request that his POV be reviewed to clarify what actually happened.

Arj responded to my previous appeal on June 10, 2025, stating that I could reapply in 7 days. However, in the appeal I submitted on June 24, 2025, Arj stated that I would need to wait 1 month before reapplying. This is a clear extension of the original waiting period, and no reason was provided for this change.
I personally believe this may be related to the situation I explained above, and I feel that I am not being trusted because of it. Below, I have included both DM and IC evidence regarding this matter.

In this forum, I previously submitted a form regarding a person named Makron who has been mistakenly associated with me, and this is clearly documented. In the IC proof I shared above, dated 20.06.2025, it can be clearly seen that I had a conversation with a person named Makron in the family chat of a group called TalhaEnes Family. If needed, this can be confirmed with the Turkish admins.
I would like to emphasize that I have achieved everything I have so far entirely through my own efforts and fair means. I have never been involved in any kind of cheating or misconduct.
Additionally, I have heard claims that an admin named Arj has previously blacklisted players frequently and unfairly. However, I have chosen not to believe these allegations up to this point and have tried to remain objective.
That said, I kindly request a fair and thorough investigation into this matter so that the truth can be revealed. I trust that the situation will be reviewed impartially and transparently.
