2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
• Experienced Leadership: I’ve served in ems for almost 6 month and held key command roles on both EN1 and EN3. This has given me strong experience in managing organisations, handling pressure, and upholding structured teamwork. I know what it takes to lead EMS with Greatness.
• Passion for Medical RP: EMS is one of the most meaningful organisation in the city you are seriously saving life of persons. From on site emergency situations to calm hospital works, it creates life saving moments that enhance RP quality. I want to build a team that values realism, professionalism, and engaging. My most of months spent in EMS only.
• Rebuild & Raise Standards: EMS often lacks consistency I want to fix that. I’ll create a strong training system, promote active and responsible persons at every level, and ensure EMS becomes a respected pillar of the city once again. With active players on GS,AS,HS.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization:
• Fixed Training Program: From basic patient interaction to advanced response, every Trainee will go through a layered training process. I will ensure FTO will clear all doubts. This ensures confidence, realism, and professionalism in all medical RP situations. Quality of RP is utmost priority over Quantity and poor work.
• Defined Structure & Role-Based Responsibility: Ranks will have clear responsibilities such as FTO, ARO, and Critical Care paramedics giving members a path to grow and contribute within the org.
• Professional Culture & Open Communication: As a leader, I will personally ensure that everyone’s questions and concerns are handled promptly and without ego. Ask me anything and I’ll respond with clarity and respect within 24 hours guaranteed. There will be no tolerance for rudeness, no matter the rank. EMS will be a positive, disciplined, and inclusive environment where teamwork is priority. If my this quality is tempered in my term the person will face serious consequences no matter rank.
My habit is that i can’t stop helping and learning which puts me in great position for this role.
I will leave the decision to respective admins.
