Hello dear admin team

Can I learn the reason why I got blacklist because I have never done anything that I was got grand chain by Floki and I was very excited and happy Why did I got ban I dont know please extend why did I got ban because I bought battle pass with using 50 gc from my IRL pocket if there is a valid reason you can ban me
