Operation Viral Cure: Crisis Breach

The organization that is conducting the event: FIB (Federal Investigation Bureau)
Event Details:
A groundbreaking cure for a deadly contagious disease is being developed in the secure labs of Humane Labs. The disease, initially spread by criminal gangs, is threatening the safety of the entire city.
But trouble brews behind the scenes a corrupt officer leaks information about the project to the same gangs responsible for the outbreak. Now, a coordinated criminal assault is imminent.
The state has reinforced Humane Labs, deploying guards, surveillance, and emergency protocols. Meanwhile, criminal gangs prepare an aggressive assault to steal the cure, using it as leverage or to cripple the government’s response efforts.
Roles:
LEOs – Defend Humane Labs
Objective: Protect the lab, prevent any breach, and ensure the cure remains secured.
- Secure all entry points and internal corridors of Humane Labs
- Monitor surveillance and respond swiftly to criminal movement
- EMS to assist post-conflict; remains neutral and untouchable
Gangs - Attack Humane Labs
Objective: Breach the lab, steal the cure, and escape safely to a designated safehouse.
- Breach Humane Labs using RP
- Secure the cure from the lab
- Plan and execute a successful extraction while avoiding capture
Vehicles & Weapons Needed:
LEOs:
- FIB: 2 SUVs, 1 command unit
- LSPD: 2 patrol SUVs
- SAHP: 2 interceptors
- NG: 1 helicopter, 1 light jet (optional)
Gangs:
- 4–6 SUVs in gang colors
- Weapons: SMGs, pistols, rifles, shotguns
- No Heavy weapons
- Optional: bikes for fast extraction
Others:
- EMS: 2 ambulances (neutral role)
- LI (optional): 1 news van, 1 drone or chopper
Admin Requirements:
- Place guards, props, and checkpoints inside Humane Labs
- Provide a “cure” object or item for RP
- Control fairness and vehicle spawns
- Monitor event flow and RP quality
- Prevent external interference
Rules of the Event:
- RP-only — No OOC during event
- RK/NLR not allowed — If you die, you're out
- No heavy weapons, no outside org involvement
- EMS and LI are neutral — do not engage
- Gangs may coordinate but cannot kill each other
- Cure must be obtained through proper /me /do RP
- LEOs must follow escalation protocols — no unnecessary force
How is the Event Won?
- LEOs Win: If the criminals are stopped and the cure remains secured inside Humane Labs
- Gangs Win: If the cure is successfully stolen and transported to a gang-controlled safehouse
