Levi was born under the cracked ceilings of Pillbox Hill Medical Center. Due to the poor financial situation of his family, they lived on Grove Street. After his uncle N´S (Nanami Decider) died due to gang violence, he had to start providing for his family if he wanted to make it out of the Hood
After starting to selling some dope for the Ballas Levi started to climb the ranks in the criminal underworld. 10, 20, 50, or 100 grams it doesn't matter. Levi managed to do it all, from selling to normal gang members to straight-up selling to public servants and corrupt government officials. Levi was unstoppable and had even the best of undercover agents clueless to his whereabouts. After taking on his biggest deal yet selling straight to one of the most well known drug-importing operations in the Netherlands the deal goes bust due to a rat in the dealer's team. Levi and his gang homies get arrested and sentenced to 10 years in jail for mass drug trafficking. After Levi served his time, he decided to change his life, still very rich from drug money that Levi stored away in a offshore Swiss account, he decided to buy a store near the capitol and settle down in Rockford. But due to his old ways he can't get away from old habits and starts to find out why all his old clients spent so much money and decides to smoke some of his old supply and slowly but surely developed a slight cannabis addiction.

Fresh out of jail with money still left over Levi decides to buy a store in Rockford and move into a family member's house also positioned in Rockford. Levi wanted to change his life and decided to apply for the police academy at the LSPD. After flying by the academy with splendid numbers, people even called Levi the young Chief due to his remarkable performance in the academy. He joins the ranks of the LSPD and manages to go through the chain of command like it was nothing. But due to his already developed cannabis addiction, he started to crash, he started making irrational decisions and managed to even get the IA investigating him. After Levi found out he decided to make some friends and draw away suspicion by joining the undercover units. He goes on a operation to intercept a drug operation and goes radio silent. That's what the police think, at least. Levi actually went undercover to his old gang the ballas so instead of going in as a undercover operator, Levi actually went in as a double man. He started to help out his gang and give the police a bit of hope but never anything concrete enough to get his boys locked up. Levi decided he could help his gang in even more ways and decided to join the government and make a change from within the system.
Outcomes :
1. Levi can take bribes of 100k dollars or illegal weapons or items (cannot take bribe to be hostage )
2. Levi can help people escape prison, remove wanted /criminal structure (darnket for prison break)
3. Levi can attempt to destroy bodycams (using /try and /do commands with 2 attempts).
4. Levi can participate in illegal activities, ensuring his identity is concealed
5. Levi can sell information to criminals , individuals or criminal organisation (100k bribe or guns and ammo )
6. Levi can buy or sell legal and illegal items through the black market, ( no ORG gears included )
7. Levi can deny to show his id and always wear a mask to protect her identity ( personal mask off duty and balaclava on duty ).
8. Levi can disrespect anyone as gang members do. (Keeping in mind toxicity, Gen 6.10 and 6.19)
9. Levi can remove criminals from the wanted list and wipe their criminal record
