2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
1.) I've always wanted to be a leader and contribute the server by sharing the knowledge I've got from experiencing every org, and I believe that becoming the EMS leader, which is an org of my interest, will fulfill that goal.
2.) I have experience in EMS in both city 2 and city 3. Especially in city 2, EMS was my first organization and now I know how things function in EMS and I am confident that I can do what's expected of me.
3.) I want to be the EMS leader since I've held several positions in the EMS in another city and see areas where the organization may be improved. I have numerous suggestions that can be implemented within EMS to improve roleplay between doctors and patients.
3. Your advice for improving roleplay level in the organization.
1.) The main issue is the night shift; I will hire more people for that shift and ensure that the lobbies are always occupied.
2.) I will ensure that promotions are only given to hardworking and deserving employees.
3.) I will also organize PR events to create a fun and engaging environment for our employees.
4.) I will ensure that we will not suffer any shortage of medicines by improving the bonus system for medlabs and medruns.
5.) I will ensure that everyone receives their bonuses on time, which will help to create an engaged environment among the employees and help them to complete their duties on time.
