Hello,
Why is it not possible to be unbanned , i tried to help ur team back then to ban some body because who did irl traiding i never meant harm to the sever because i tried to help i got perma and player who did it at the end not even got blacklisted what is fairness at the end, it's almost more than 1year ago my i just wanted to know from someone the truth and why does my ban screen show a different reason for the ban than the one that actually happened?

Do I have the option after the TOS to ask for information on the forum, which I do, and one last thing: what would you do in my situation if you reported someone and were penalised for it 1 year ago and with Art. 15 GDPR, I hereby request information about all personal data you have stored about me and the purpose of its use.
In particular, I would like to know if and which of my personal data have been used in connection with the blocking or sanctioning of my account.
