My car accidentally hit a police vehicle. After the incident, I kept driving as I didn’t hear any instructions or communication from the police and also no demand . The officers followed me, and I stopped near the hospital. There, I was told to get out of the car. I followed the instruction and got down.

However, I was arrested immediately without any explanation or interaction. And He also fine me.

Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Deny this report.

The audio quality of your "10 minute +" video is inferior. I could barely hear what the officers were saying. I only heard snippets of what they were telling you. Additionally, I don't see any violation of GR 6.4. This is a typical arrest situation, possibly for reckless driving (ic issue). You can challenge the arrest procedures by filing a lawsuit against the officers at the Capitol because the arrest is completely IC.

However, ID 205998 will receive a punishment for UB driving
