6. Nickname in city: Rezwan Maddy
7. ID: 112843
Additional Information:
1. Leader of: EMS (Emergency Medical Services)
2. Why do you want to be the leader of EMS?
2.1 Growth & Structure:
> I’ve been with EMS long enough (more like 3 terms) to understand its strengths & flaws. What’s missing now is a *stable structure*, and I strongly believe I can bring that. From training freshers properly to strengthening command discipline—my main focus will be building something that *lasts*, not just for the term, but for future EMS teams too.
2.2 My RP Passion:
> Having RP in EMS isn’t just about Patching. I genuinely enjoy passive RP—talking to patients, giving them small diagnoses, doing hospital internal RP, etc. Being Chief would allow me to push more *creative RP ideas*, like mental health checkups, clinic days, surgery RP, or air-rescue simulations, road rescue simulation.
2.3 Experience & Dedication:
> I’ve worked under several EMS leaders Organized and Non-Organized. I’ve seen what works and what kills motivation. With this experience, I wanna give something better. My plan includes weekly rewards, detailed performance tracking, clear promotion paths, and *absolutely no favoritism or internal politics*. Everyone will grow here with me, equally.
3. Your advice to improve RP in the Organization:
3.1 Host health events across the city – Open-City Health Checkup Campaigns.
3.2 Weekly drills: Air rescue simulations, Mass Casualty Response Training, or hostage medical response roleplays.
3.3 HC & FTO: Training new joiners with patience, doing trial RP tests instead of just /revive checks or just read handbooks.
3.4 Mental health RP: allow citizens to come to the hospital for therapy-style RP, keep a log system for consistency.
Bonus Goals If I Become Leader:
- No bias in promotions! Purely based on effort + activity.
- Bonus for employees and HC's will be weekly as usual. Extra bonus will be given by extra efforts like holding lobby in rush or employee crisis situation.
- HC's mostly does OOC emails works so some extra bonus will appear for them too.
- Restore EMS pride & build city-wide respect again.
