Approved Bug abuse + possible cheat | 210530

These guys were wanted by the state, so we gave them demands to pull over. After he stopped, we handcuffed him and sat inside the suspect's vehicle. Then, one of them, possibly using a bug or cheat I’m not sure somehow came outside and started punching me. You can clearly see everything in my POV.
