Approved VDM, UB Demands, Shooting in city | 477385

Running along road when a taxi driver hits me with his car. Then he gets out and points gun in my face. We were in the city and not in a red zone. He tries to say he wants money and demands. I inform him he can not do this where we are and i am recording. He shoots me twice , i walk away, he follows and then shoots me to unconsciousness.
