~After getting Experience In legal orgs like LSPD and Crime Orgs like Ballas , Families and Vagos which's experience make me worthy for being Vagos Leader.
~Because of My leadership skills I can lead the Vagos to be the most active gang in the city combine with my professionalism and can lead it towards the victory.
~Vagos was always the criminalist and terrorist gang of the city and I want to Continue its legacy and make It to One more successful Term.
~I will look forward for conducting as much as event we can , indeed with successful status.
~About I have a good Custom Turf which can help Vagos do 100 percent and Take Control over ghetto, Not only this but also Due to Vagos HQ location its a good Place for chilling out with gang members and for solar plantation.
~ Planting solar and cannabis can lead for extra income for the org.
~ In all I want to Lead Vagos and again make it to The Heights with max graffiti bonus during active hours.
~ I will give my best and my dedication to make Vagos on top and keep it on top !! .
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
~I will Recruit members with both roleplay knowledge and creativity through detailed interviews and roleplay trials.
~I will Provide a comprehensive orientation for new members, ensuring they understand gang goals, rules, and expectations.
~I will Encourage members to participate in regular gang events by giving bonuses to improve their in-game interactions and make the gang most active .
~I will Assign experienced and knowledgeable High Command (HC) for each events, ensuring smooth operations in all scenarios.
~Developing good bonus system so that everyone can enjoy being in the gang and active too.
~Over all ensure to develop good HC and Deputy as well as Gangster , which know all the rules and win the RP situations.
