Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
- I want to be the leader of this organization because Vagos has been my first ever crime org in all of my time in the cities. I joined this org as a mere rank 3-4 holder and gained experience by attending events and learning the basics. This org holds a special place in my heart. I think Vagos has a very good advantage as it has its own ghetto which it can rule and is separated from every other gang which allows it to do whatever it wants without interference of any other org.
- I have been the curator of Marabunta Grande , leader of Bloods Street Gang and several time deputy in a criminal org so I know how to conduct things , manage a organization and fulfill the wishes of curators. I know how to start and handle events like store robbery, FZ Raid etc. And as my last term of Bloods Street Gang has not been good but I learned from my mistakes and it was just a misunderstanding from my side.
- I have seen many people fail to complete a successful term and I think one of the main reasons for this is that they appoint Rank 8 and 9 holders who don’t have good knowledge of rules and experience and lead events like highway or ghetto robbery and hostage situations leading to them making a mistake and resulting in a warn or verbal for the org. I will only appoint rank 8 and 9 holders by conducting an interview to know how much they know about rules.
Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
1. I will pick experienced and Knowledgeable deputies.
2. I will introduce a good bonus system and give promotion to those who deserve.
3. I will ensure that there is no toxicity or favouritism in gang.
4. Reduce conflicts in gang.
5. We will do FZ raid and Store robberies on a daily basis.
6. I will try to hire members who can stay active at night and will also hire a deputy who can do events like store ,subs and battleship at night.
7. I will pick uncommon places for hostage situations so that the LEOs are confused.
8. I will try to maintain good relations with every gang in the city
9. I will try to do all FZ Raids with any gang so that we always win and be successful and gain profit from FZ raids.
10. I will establish direct contact with every member of the org and always answer their questions
11. I will try to train and teach every new member of the gang.
