First and foremost, I would like to sincerely thank you for your tremendous efforts in maintaining a fair and enjoyable gaming environment.
I am writing to formally appeal the ban imposed on my account on server EN 03 dated 23/05/2025, which lasted 30 days. On the same day of the ban, I created a new account on the same server to continue playing during the ban period. During that time, I dedicated many hours to playing, working in trucks, farming, and completing all available jobs.
Through my efforts, I managed to accumulate 29 million by playing, working, selling vehicles, and collecting season rewards. After my initial ban period ended, I transferred 28 million from my secondary account to my original account using the in-game bank system and ID. I was unaware that this action violated the game rules, and I did not intend to break any regulations.
Unfortunately, four days later, I received a 60-day ban on both accounts. Shortly thereafter, I noticed the bans were extended to 9999 days. Given the limitation on the number of accounts, I am now unable to create any new accounts.
I humbly request that you kindly reconsider and reduce my ban period to either 30 or 60 days, or alternatively, allow me to create a new account. I assure you that I did not knowingly violate any rules, and I deeply regret any unintentional breach. I have always aimed to play fairly and respectfully, and I have learned a valuable lesson from this experience.
