So let's get down to business, I got blacklisted because I insulted the administration and I also got an IP blacklist, it happened 9 or 10 months ago, I honestly don't know what happened to me that day. I would like the opportunity to return to your project because I left a lot of friends there and good people who helped me when I first joined your server. To be honest, I won't do it again if you can't remove the penalty then I would I just wanted you to remove the IP ban so that I can create a new acc and start all over again.
