When we were recharging the car we saw these guys with an armored car in base i chased them (POV 1)
after that i saw them killing NG ppl same armored car they are abusing armored car and 114775 CR me (POV 2)
Gen Rule 6.21 says ( 6.21 It is forbidden to abuse armored cars(impossible to shoot players inside) )

No one is shooting at them; how are they abusing the car? And from your pov it is unclear whether it's the armored version or not.
