Hey Chief Admins,
I Initiated a RP scene at Gov Building because they were not Providing Lawyers, i went Capital to protest. More of the people came and i was Leading the Protest but the problem was Governor was not Able to hear me. He relogged and still he was unable to hear me. So tried to talk with other Gov officers no one was responding. After 30-40 mints Governor came again and he was still unable to hear me. So i decided to Relog so that i can Continue the RP i started i went back to the Cars and informed my friends that i will come back to continue. when i came back i got Punished for GR 6.2. When i asked Harry why did i Punished he said you did CL in running Situation. He just saw a Small part the Last couple of secs where i came to the cars and relogged. He assumed that i Was running from COPS and they were trying to arrest me. No cops were trying to arrest me they were just running behind me. Please note this (They did not reported me so how can Harry Assume that i left the Situation) . He just saw last of the secs of the situation and punished me. Because of that My RP situation which i created got Ruined i wasted 30-40 mints to just get Punished. The officer - 136096 which was chasing recognize my voice and Came behind because i am in FIB from my Main account - 1593. I guess Harry was Stalking me because there was no report on me for breaking any rule. I did my RP and to continue i should be talking with Governor and he was unable to hear me. So i did relogged. How am i Suppose to Continue the RP if he cant hear me and there is no solution to Fix that.
Unfortunately i was not recording at that time because as i said Governor was not able to hear me. I would have started Recording if he could have heard me.
But i have a POV of the Guy who was Around there in the Situation, you can clearly hear and see the Situation that Governor was not able to hear me and i was Doing proper RP to create a Proper RP situation calling Li and giving Interviews.

I hope Chiefs you will understand the Situation and give a fair Decision. It also my request to all admins to please let us Finish the RP which we create after putting efforts. They can Punish us after the Situations are over. Thank you.
