Life Story: Shadow Yeager was born and raised in east of Vinewood. He grew up in the city watching two types of people one is criminals and another are cops. His father and mother were both struggling workers and they were very problematically living their life in the city, but the fate had other plans for Shadow. At the age of 18, Shadow joined and doing various activity for gangs just to earn money for his and his family's survival.
But, one day Shadow's backbone (his father) shot at a burger shop, leaving him shocked and depressed. The cops came and after the investigation they concluded the situation just by saying it is only gang related. This was Shadow's eye opening moment where he realized that only rich people get the justice so he decided to never play straight.
Career Story: Shadow joined LSPD just to survive and to take revenge of his fathers death. At, first he investigated every aspect of that situation but he was not getting good results. After sometime, when he was at a good position in LSPD he got a taste of earning money "illegally" or "underground" like contacting dealers vanishing evidence.
He started building partnerships with gang dealers and spending time with them and doing activities like transferring money, giving raid tips to the highest bidder for a good amount of money. He was very cleanly multitasking between a lawman and an outlaw.
Outcomes:
1- Shadow can earn money through taking bribes up to $100,000 or asking for guns/ammos or any illegal item. (Cant force for weapons or items and also cannot take a bribe to be a hostage)
2- Shadow can do prison breaks and take contracts. (through darknet or using USB 1 time daily)
3- Shadow can sell/ buy ammunition from the black market.
4- Shadow can lie about the request for a lawyer.
5- Shadow can help his family by letting them go.
6- Shadow can pick up weapons off the ground and keep them for himself.
