Rejected DM in City | ID 67490

[Jazz Flix]

I was working on ADs as I am an Intern in Li, when I hear shots fired near the bank next to Life Invader HQ and I started recording the clip, I know I was a short one and I am not the victim in any way but still I am reporting since it is a crime to shoot in city, so it is clearly visible in the video attached that ID 67490 was shooting at ID 67702. When I approached them to get a clear view of the IDs they ran away.

• The complaint is filed by a person who is not related to the situation. (POV must be personally made by person who is involved in situation)​
• and also by a 13 second POV we don't know what really happened between those two guys so we can't punish anyone without a proper evidence.​
