Hello dear admins, today I wanted to make an appeal for my twink account that has been permanently banned for GR 1.4
Long time ago I always used to play only on my main account (ID 196958 | Plokzy Flow) I never really peeked an interest into having a twink account so I've always only played on my main, but later on by playing the game more I realised having a twink account could be beneficial so I decided to make one, after I made one it told me in the sign up "You have a limit of 2 accounts", I asked an admin what does that mean and they have told me it means I already have a twink, I never knew about my twink so later on I tried every single password in my phone/pc and none of them were connected to this twink account that I had. I fully lost every information about it.
I wanted to than recover that account and I dmed Jonny if there is any way to possibly recover it and Jonny told me to make a support ticket. Later on I made a support ticket and as you can see in the screenshot this is what Jetix told me ( ), after my ticket was done Jetix has told me that there is only 1 account on my social club and that there isn't a second, I was confused at start I went to ask my friends and they said just make a twink account it says you don't have one. Originally I though it wouldn't work because I already tried before but I did it again, I tried logging in and it allowed me to make a twink which is (ID 423728 | Plokzy Standl), Around a month later I got banned for GR 1.4 and I asked Mohamed in dms why did I get banned and this is when I found out that I had a third account called (ID 197574 | Jonas Miker) Now originally than Mohamed also told me that I had 2 social clubs which were "AzbeWasTaken" and "Plokzyy" but later on I realised that this is actually only 1 social club and the only thing I did was change the name of it, which later on also Jonny told me the same thing in the pictures -> ( ), Now unless there is another social club that I never knew about I never had more than 1 social club and I also never meant to break this rule. If you check my third account called "Jonas Miker" you can also see that it is level 1 in city, with no cars, no money, nothing ( ) because truly I never knew about this account and also never played on it.
For this I ask for a second chance and ask if you can please unban my account ID 423728 and let me play again on it since I really want to have a twink account and I never meant to break this rule. I never changed my social club so when Jetix told me I only had 1 account and I tried to make a second one and it worked I though everything would be okay for this. I hope you can take it into a consideration and if I need to provide any proof that I have I will, thank you for reading my appeal
