what were you sanctioned for: 4.1 cheating
who were you sanctioned by: loui sana/dr mikel meyers
what is the reason for your complaint:
hello i was permanently banned from de server 4 on july 2nd for rule 4.1 (multi-accounting) allegedly due to two previous cheating bans associated with another social club account i would like to clarify that this social club account does not belong to me but to my older brother
on june 30th i was pulled into a pc check on server 4 after a thorough check, nothing suspicious was found at the end of the check a admin named johann cursed informed me that dr mikey meyers wanted to speak with me shortly after i was banned for rule 4.1 because there were allegedly two prior cheating bans on another social club account linked to server 4
until recently i had been using my brothers social club account which i borrowed to avoid issues on other servers i was unaware that this account had any history on server 4 or previous bans for cheating i never personally cheated or played on server 4 with that account
on june 30th i created my very first account on server 4 using my own personal social club i had never played downloaded or interacted with server 4 before that date i only participated in two turfs before i received a pc check and was then banned
i submitted an admin complaint explaining this but it was rejected by loui sana with the reasoning that i was already permanently banned for cheating which is not true for my social club account i followed up with a second complaint directly to loui sana stating again that the account with the 2x cheating bans does not belong to me this was again rejected without any detailed response
i then reached out to loui sana on discord asking for clarification he replied that “the evidence says otherwise” and my statements were “not understandable” i explained the situation again in full and he told me i could submit a complaint to the curator which i am doing now
i would like it to be checked again because i dont see why i should be held responsible for something i didnt do i have nothing to do with my brothers bans on server 4 in any way
