- Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
Ans: Honestly, I've been with the Grand RP community for a good while now, and I've really had a blast with RP life—especially my time in Government HR, EMS, and SAHP. But at this point, I feel like I could actually contribute a lot more to the community in a different way.
I really want to help the server grow, make sure things stay fair for everyone, and just keep it a fun place overall. I've seen a lot of players get stuck, confused, or even leave because of misunderstandings or just not knowing what to do. I want to be that person who can jump in, help them out, fix issues quickly, and just keep the whole experience positive for everyone.
For me, being an admin isn't about having power or anything like that. It's truly about responsibility and giving back to the community that I've enjoyed so much.
- What are your strengths?
Ans: I'm pretty calm under pressure and don't jump to conclusions. I'll always hear everyone out and stay neutral. Plus, I know the server rules and faction systems really well from my serious RP experience. I'm also good at talking to all sorts of players, and I'm always happy to help out.
- What are your weaknesses?
Ans: I sometimes overthink small issues because I always want to do things the right way. It can make me slow in situations where quick decisions are needed—but I’m improving on balancing speed with responsibility.
- What skills can you bring to the admin team?
Ans: I bring real experience in handling players, guiding recruits, solving IC conflicts, and writing proper logs as Government HR. I’ve been part of interviews, trainings, and high command work, so I understand both leadership and communication. I can bring fair thinking, quick action, and a community-first mindset to the admin team. I'm not afraid to take initiative, but I also know when to ask for help.
- Will you be ready to sell your business? (It's restricted to have a business while you are an admin.)
Ans: Yes, but I do not own any business currently, so this won’t be an issue.
- Any IRL issue or situation that is preventing you from being active at the moment or any time soon?
Ans: Sometimes University from IC (09:00 to 12:00)—3 days in a week. Apart from that, I am fully available and active during my regular hours, and it doesn’t affect my consistency or ability to manage admin responsibilities.
- Anything else we should take into consideration or we should know for your application?
Ans: I’m not applying for the tag or title—I genuinely want to be useful to the server. I’ve already helped many players IC and OOC, and I enjoy solving problems. I’ve always respected the admin team and how much they do behind the scenes. I’d be proud to be part of that. I have a clean history, a positive mindset, and I’m ready to learn, work hard, and support the community however I can.
