Hello Dear and Dear Admin I hope your day is going well,

As you can see, I got banned due to Anti-Cheat #934 Rule Let me explain the incident to you. Actually I was a new player on the EN 02 server, someone started punching me while I was going to do my farm task, then I crashed, when I re-entered the game, there was no scooter, I asked someone with a car to take me to the farm, before that, he threw Hello to me a few times. Anyway, while I was going with the car, I suddenly got a kick, I didn't understand what happened, when I re-entered, I encountered this ban screen, can we remove this ban?
