Hello admin you can see me here I came to steal a car and there is no problem so far and I came and killed a person for the purpose of stealing a car and this is something legal but why did I get a PG penalty this is a law that says doing things that your character cannot do or using your job powers wrongly and the RDM law is random killing meaning any person without reason or threat but I have a reason which is stealing a car why did I get this penalty and I will save his point of view so that he does not delete it
