Hello Mr. Pablo Schmidt i was security banned.

I logged into the game today after 1 long year and saw that ive been banned on 16/03/2025. I wasnt even playing the game at this time, I fail to understand why ive been banned when i didnt even play at the day of ban or even months before that, last time i logged in was probably in 2024. Please help me with this, ive tried to be a responsible player when i would play. im a pretty old player. Please consider my application and unban me.
(i apologise for any format mistakes or anything wrong i might have done unknowingly, Im here to be back in the city and will remember all rules and play accordingly)

little update, i think my account was most deff hacked, as i logged into en1 and en3 (i js made accounts on them never really played too much) right now i decided to go on them and play for the timebeing and those two are banned too! en1 is banned just a month before and en3 has been banned since may of 2024 and i do not remember playing around that time. if i did id have raised a complaint right away! conserdering all of this, taking my word for it please let me off with a warn this time.
