Man aims a gun at me. Gets back in the car. Then gets out and starts blasting me out of nowhere. Only way I lived was if I rammed him. I attempted to escape but it looked like he was gonna chase me so I stop and get out. I look back and notice he stops, gets out, and begins shooting another civilian out of nowhere. So I stop, get out of my tow truck and return fire until I eventually get him down. He then proceeds leave the state before I can get him in cuffs.
