Rejected new steam

Hello Grand RP team, I hope you're doing well. I used to play Grand RP but unfortunately, both of my old accounts were permanently banned (9999 days). I stopped playing for a while, but recently I bought GTA V again on a new Steam account and created a new Grand RP account. I want to confirm something before I continue playing. I'm only using one account now, and I have not transferred any money, items, or properties from the old accounts. I just want to enjoy the server again fairly and legally. Can you please let me know if playing on this new account is allowed, or if it is considered ban evasion? Thank you for your time and support.
