Dear Admin,
I hope you are doing well.
I would like to respectfully present my clarification regarding the POV submitted against me.
As shown in the POV, the situation occurred at exactly 4:00 oβclock, during which I was in the process of collecting drugs. You can clearly observe the in-game time in the POV. I would like to clarify that at 4:00, the focus was on collecting drugs, and in such a scenario, issuing a demand was not necessary or appropriate. My actions were based on the live context and surroundings, where I prioritized the ongoing situation over formal initiation.
Additionally, the POV clearly captures continuous gunfire prior to my engagement, indicating that a shootout was already in progress. Based on what I heard and perceived in real time, I responded accordingly, making a practical and situational RP decision. In such conditions, giving a demand would have been both unsafe and unrealistic.
I would also like to raise a concern about possible metagaming by the opposing party. It appears that they engaged in IC to OOC metagaming, where in-character events or actions were reacted to or discussed from an out-of-character perspective. This kind of behavior breaks immersion and violates RP rules, and I kindly request this be reviewed as part of the overall incident.
For full transparency, I also suggest requesting and reviewing the complete POV from the other party, covering the moments before the shooting began.
Thank you for taking the time to review this matter. I am available for any further questions or clarification if needed.
Sincerely,
Patel Slayers
