Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
Reason 1: i got the passion and the knowledge to do so.
for me the family is everything and each gang member is part of the family the part of the same puzzle that make everything whole.
I have the qualities to be the leader who will lead the gang for success and friendship. (we ride together we die together)
i have the knowledge to lead the gang to places that they never seen and each gangster will feel it.
Reason 2: Leadership is key, and i have the key.
To be successful and high ranked group the one who decide how you grow and how fast you grow the only one who is responsible is the leader and for that you need to be born for that.
Experience and Connection.
If you want to be gangster just to make money i can tell you right now you dont fit to my gang.
well money is a big part of it but not the most important, do you want to know whats more important? The connection to belive that you are a freedom fighter you dont bend to the rules you fight for what you deserve and for that you will get the benefit for freedom money and family as one!
Reason 3: Vision.
As i see for that last monthes vagos leaders got swapped very quick because the didnt have something that build the 3 reasons together and that is Vision.
if you dont have vision for the gang if you dont build the place for your gang in the future you wont see a future and you will get stuck.
Vision is that what make that 3 reasons build together like a puzzle and makes you craving for the gang and your people
Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
My Advice is not to let anyone and anybody get in to the gang untill you see their experince in rp and for me quality before quantity is a real thing
to get the full experience of the game you need to hire to best of the best and if not the best you will teach them under you and i belive the leader need to take part of it too and not throw missions on their deps you need to take part of it mostly.
Make sure that your gang people still remembers to rules by refreshing them with once for a while with some quizz and questions everyone should take part of it and if someone is evoiding he will find himself out, you need to be loved but tough when needed, and just by that the gangsters will respect you and the server rules .
