Taking IC situation into OOC. All it began because we had an arguing about a certain vehicle he was selling. He had his opinion about the situation and i had mine , i just got mad that he wasted 10-15 mins of my time and i told him that he has no men word. I also told him that i will return him the favor as a threat (which is totally IC) and the rest is in the picture, he saying that its just a ''game''.
