2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
I want to become the leader of this specific Organization because ever since I joined Playing Grand RP, SAHP was one of my First and best Experience of RP. I was not a High Command before here but became one afterwards and this organization played a vital role for me becoming a HC. I have served in Every Legal Orgs Except EMS. Within this Time period I noticed that I have a capability to lead an Organization at My own will after facing several circumstances while serving as HC and Lower ranks.
I was always there to gain more experience and knowledge so that I can become a leading LEO and Inspiring character for every New LEO I tried to engage with everyone in the organization to Help them with their needs and tried always to learn something new which may help me Lead my people under me. During my experience I had gained a sense of humor which help me to take decisions which are better for me and my department members. I am always curious that how it will look to make people happy and help them with the required environment in which they are comfortable to gain enough knowledge so that they can achieve what they need.
Another reason for me becoming leader of this Organization is because I am a passionate learner and Helper in every situation with what I have. During any panic situation I relax myself and calm my mind and if there is my mistake and I know it, I acknowledge and don't create further mess from my side and move on from the situation whether what it is and always try to conclude the situation with better outcome.
3. Your advices for improving the Role Play level in the organization.
1. My advice for creating improving RP is to create an soothing atmosphere for a new comer to gain experience and Train Them Properly. Their first minor violations of state will be not be neglected but instead they will guided with what they have done Wrong, instead of favoritism the one who is right and doing good will be acknowledged.
2. I will use High Bonus System to not only help them stick in the org but also to help them financially so that they can afford their needs.
3. I will make sure that every probation officer is encouraged and motivated to work and will do better after their probation period.
4. I will ensure that within our jurisdiction none of our civilian is harmed by any mean, I will personally assign some of the Troopers to Cover every Highway/Freeway so none of Civilian is Attacked by Gang or is getting robber, if getting robber we will make sure to inform other State orgs right away to maintain law and order.
5. I will separate Workload to Departments which will help people to be Organized more efficient in their Department.
Following are the Departments:
1.Human Resource(HR): Whose Work will be to HIRE, TRAIN, Promote/Demote people and also Train new recruits.
2.Specialized Weapons and Tactics(SWAT): Swat are specialized units which will respond to every criminal activity as fast as Possible and will try to resolve it.
3. Highway Patrol Units(HWP): Their Work will be to Patrol and give fines to the Vehicles which are Illegal parked and they will be towed.
4.Internal Affairs(IA): Their work will be to ensure that the Officers are Working accordingly and will ensure proper surveillance of every unit and Guides them according to their Need.
5.Public Relations(PR): Their Work will be to make SAHP Engaging ORG by Holding Multiple Events to Attract people and Guides the Civilians.
6.Criminal Investigation Department(CID): Their work will be to take proofs of gang activity and send them to FIB agents so that they can take actions against them.
