Rejected Banned from the ems mails

Hello admin
So I was in ems for like 3-4 term i was fto and ems was my first org and i thought to join other org after i told the deputy max uchiha to fire me cuz i want to join other org he fired me after some time i got banned from the ems mails for no reason can u tell me why that happend and unban me if possible
