Hello. I made a forum on ID 397928 for GR 3.1 OOC insult. In the OOC chat, he said 'tf is this lawyer, he knows no shit' which is clearly insulting the lawyers skill and trying to disrespect him in OOC. However the admin said theres no rulebreak which I think is wrong as he is trying to disrespect within OOC chat on purpose.

And the admin 'Fateh Sarsilmaz' said: "If you insult someone in OOC channel, it is OOC insult" which 397928 clearly did.

that's not an insult anyway yes it's rude but that does not some punishable insult
