In the YouTube video provided in the proofs section which was used for another forum report which I reported the person who RDMed my friend and attempted to kill me as well, you can see the person who RDMed us asking to do 1 arm wrestle in the left eye and we said no, then he decided to start shooting us for no reason resulting in him killing my friend and almost killing me, I shot him back so that I could patch my friend up and so I didn't die letting us resume our RP and with what we were doing and minding our own business. I feel this punishment isn't fair as I only shot him back after he killed my friend and shot me as I was about to die, I do not think I am in the wrong here and I understand where you guys are coming from with the punishment but also please think about my side and the fact that I only shot him to defend myself and I was not trying to break any server rules or meaning to break them. Also if I never shot him back it could've been seen as Fear RP because he was shooting me and my friend and not defending myself wouldn't really be fearing for my life.

I understand why the punishment was issued and I partially agree with the punishment that was handed to me, all that I ask is that this is looked at and that you consider my side too, thank you.
