Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1. Since the beginning of my time on GrandRP, I've been involved in government organizations, whether SAHP, LSPD, FIB, GOV, or others. I have experience in every organization.
I once led the NG for 1 month as Lt General, which was a great experience, but I'm giving it up due to lack of time.
These time constraints are no longer relevant and won't hinder me in the coming months, or even years.
Since I already have leadership experience and spent most of my time as an IC in government organizations, I see applying for this position as a suitable option. With my experience and motivation, I want to promote RP in SAHP and create added value in RP through my organization.
2. RP with SAHP has had many ups and downs, as you know if you've been on the server for a long time. You often hear that the SAHP is being gossiped about or criticized, and that's exactly what I want to change. I want to build a strong but also competent organization that is respected by other organizations and players, and that works well together.
3.with my experience and creative ideas, I'm almost the perfect candidate for the position. I know that sounds rather pretentious, but I'm someone who likes to invest time and effort into an organization and thus bring it up to speed.
I'm aware that I'm following in big footsteps, and with my ideas and concept for the organization, I'm throwing everything into the ground, but I'm doing this so that SAHP gets a fresh look and moves into a glorious future.
I also already have experience as a leader, even if not everything was flawless. Through this experience, I know how my organization is run and what to look out for. I also find it exciting to lead an executive agency because it's particularly important to have a healthy mix between the "Gambo" people and people who focus more on RP.
I also think I'm a good fit as a leader because I'm never someone who looks down on people. I'm just as equal as a trainee trooper and treat people with respect regardless of their rank.
This is exactly what I want to achieve with the right leadership, because the leaders of an organization, as well as the members, are just as important as the leader himself.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
The SAHP should stick together, and everyone should help each other where they can.
I want to create a pleasant and respectful atmosphere in the SHAP and want everyone to enjoy the RP in the organization.
My leadership and I will be very careful to ensure that no "trolling" occurs within the organization that destroys the RP.
However, the right balance must be struck between "trolling" and having fun in the RP.
When your own organization is running smoothly, collaborating with others is also easier. This makes good collaboration possible.
I want to ensure that SAHP has a strong presence in Blaine County and on the highways, and the small office in Sandy Shores should also become more important again.
I also focus on internal events to foster community within the organization.
I also rely on good cooperation with other agencies to effectively combat crime in the state.
I also plan to hold regular press conferences where citizens can ask questions or express criticism of SAHP.
This could be organized, for example, with other state organizations to encourage roleplay.

I also plan to introduce a Tow Operations Manager, who not only does towing but also handles insurance. I can also imagine this rank becoming even more specialized later on, taking care of all aspects of vehicle services and helping citizens, for example, with drift kit adjustments, vehicle advice, etc.
