2- Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

• Many people hate on SAHP and usually its only newcomers that join SAHP, I wanna change that and make people wanna join SAHP because its a fun and active organization.
• As a I was a previous DCJ I have a lot of experience in DOJ, and SAHP is one of the most LEO organization that gets sued, I want to help the people that join SAHP whether its newcomers or people that have experience to know the Law and how to protect themselves against lawsuits.
• I've always been in a LEO organization and loved doing so I think everyone should get the chance to experience the very nice and part side of being in a LEO organization. many people think Leos are boring and gangs are way more fun and I want to change that

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
By making HR and IA the most important departments in the organization, I believe that roleplay starts from HR and can be improved by IA if a newcomer doesn't know the state rules and wants to join instead of telling him he failed and move on. Ill encourage HR to help him to help him until he feels like he can do the test again. For IA, ill make sure they do daily checks on people to make sure no one is breaking rules or harming the Roleplay in the server. ill also take part in this by making weekly events where any newcomer or anyone can come to SAHP and ask questions about the state or about SAHP itself.


4. What innovative ideas or strategies do you propose to introduce into the organization to enhance its efficiency, effectiveness, and overall impact?
As the Leader of SAHP, I would make a traffic enforcement division, by Focusing on Traffic stops, making speed traps and improve the situation on people speeding since no one respects the traffic laws anymore. I would also do a coordinated operation with LSPD/SAHP on illegal activities like: organized crime , illegal items , and drugs. Build respectful and structured communication channels with LSPD, GOV, EMS and FIB.

1. Departments:
   Traffic Enforcement Division (TED) : They would do more than towing cars, They would also be responsible to catch traffic violators and make sure everyone's following them. Keeping the highway safe and improving Role play in highways.
   
   Internal Affairs (IA): In charge of monitoring everything in the organization and to spot people that are misusing power or trying to cheat the system. IA members will have to maintain professionalism and fairness to everyone in the orginisation.
   
   Public Relations Department: They are in charge of doing making events and reaching out to the public. Main importance Boosting SAHPs image to the public and making people like LEOS more.
   
   Tactical Response Unit (TRU) : These people are responsible for armed responses and also carrying out arrest warrants and to fight gang High way activity.
   
   Human Resources Department (HR): The most important department in SAHP, will be in charge of hiring capable members and to train them till they are deemed fit. HR members cannot be lazy and have to be the most active department in the organization.
