2. Why do you want to be the leader of this specific organisation?
• Ballas Gang has been one of the most active and dangerous gang in recent time. Leading such a gang will always be an honour for me. Looking at its history and dominance, I think I will be the perfect one for this duty as I have mostly spent my time as a gangster in this wonderful city. I will be trying my best to keep the gang active and also my aim is to be consistent throughout the term.
• Also, I have been the leader of different gangs and I have tried my best to keep those terms active as well. I have a good experience in gang based organisations which would be required to take Ballas at the top. I will try to keep the gang's environment clean, so that even a newbie can approach our gang and learn to survive in the city. I will assure that Ballas will be the most approachable and friendly gang with no toxicity and every gang member will be equal for me.
• My aim will be to make Ballas a terrorist organisation for which I will aim for maximum events. Experienced deputies will be appointed by me in different time zones to assure that gang is active any time. I will try to hire experienced high commands as well who will try to do events in my absence. I will also be keeping an eye on every single activity, take interviews before hiring so that we all can enjoy being in the gang without any rule breaks.
Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organisation.
1. I will try to do maximum events to enhance roleplay and also keep the gang active.
2. A bonus system will be setup so that more and more people will get encouraged to join the gang.
3. Suitable criteria will be implemented to hire competitive and wise gangsters who are aware of city rules.
4. I will try to bring good turfers to achieve 100% turf to ensure our domination.
5. Some extra activities like hostage situations and robberies will also be done by our gang to enhance roleplay
6. I will be trying to involve atleast one deputy in each event so that we can minimise our mistakes and also teach newbies about gang stuff.
