2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
a)
I tried all organizations, the organization I enjoyed the most and had experience with was SAHP. However, SAHP does not have stable activity, sometimes they are very active, sometimes not active at all, and this causes various problems. I will solve this just like in the previous term. I was about to fully provide this in the previous term but couldn't do it. This term I will do it and make SAHP a proper organization.
b)
Secondly, it is easier to create an active, disciplined, respectful, and mature community without favoritism in SAHP compared to other organizations, and managing in such communities has always been fun. Now, I wanted to do it again, this time as a leader.
c)
Finally, the value of SAHP is not well known, people just see it as an organization where only new players come, there is a prejudice. Under my leadership, we will break this and become one of the best organizations, and I will achieve this with important innovations and modernizations, so no one will badmouth SAHP.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
Bonuses will be generous. If necessary, I will provide bonuses from my own pocket to keep trooper happy and focused on their missions, ensuring their activity.

1)Human Resource
It will be the department I care about the most, their activities will be personally checked by me, they will deal with everyone equally, there will be no distinction between new and old people, they will help new people a lot, everything will be according to the rules, and they will also train people, no one will wait long periods for training.
2) SWAT
They will have a say in events within SAHP, and a limited number of people who can pass special training and special tests will be in this organization, and they will organize and manage SAHP in events.
3) Highway Patrol Division (HPD)
Their duty will be to ensure the duty of the Highway, they will patrol certain places at certain times daily, set up radars, and keep the highway safe.
4) Internal Affairs (IA)
It will be another department I care about the most to prevent favoritism, they will prevent problems with random inspections and random meetings, ensuring discipline and hierarchy.
5) Undercover
This department will take evidences and help to FIB, and I will personally take care of this department.

- Only knowledgeable, trusted, and active people will hold high ranks. High ranks will be reserved for deserving and reliable individuals, contributing to high-level roleplay, not everyone will be able to hold a high rank.
Random inspections will be held daily to ensure trooper are always ready.
