I did give demands you can see my microphone but it didnt work because of some issue or smth, I totally take that on me. Second of all you can see he didnt do fear RP when he came back to me after getting shot and rammed me. Kindly oblige me and take the warn back as i did give demands but my microphone didnt work.

Neither 5 seconds time given, nor was there any RP reason to directly shoot at a non-threatening Bystander. Not even non-lethal force would be needed here. Shotgun for this is completely over the top reaction.
