Dear Bobby Pluxury,
I hope you're doing well.
I'm writing to explain my side regarding the situation that led to my ban. I was participating in a family raid where I killed three players and got a POV request. I provided my POV, but unfortunately, the footage was glitched and laggy due to an issue with Nvidia’s recording system.
The video does exist, but as you’ll see, the recording is bugged — it shows only a few frames and the audio cuts in and out. This happens occasionally, not because of anything wrong with my PC or my intentions, but due to a known glitch with Nvidia App. I’ve also included other POV clips from around the same time to show that I normally have working and clear recordings.
Unfortunately, Admin Bawan Broddy didn’t fully review or acknowledge my issue and proceeded to ban me for ER 1.7. I honestly feel this was unfair, as I did my best to comply and provided everything I had, despite the technical problem.

I truly hope you can understand my situation, and I’d appreciate it if you could take a second look at my case. I’ve always tried to follow the rules and provide the needed POVs — this was just an unfortunate technical issue out of my control.
