Hello Sir,

I have submitted a request to lift the ban and to remove all my properties, money, and level in exchange for a second chance. I fully acknowledge and admit my mistake, Sir, but my mistake was unintentional and due to my lack of knowledge of the rules. However, I have now reviewed and understood them.

The respected Mr. Floki Vilgeroarson approved the unban, but several hours have passed and the ban has not yet been lifted. I kindly request that the honorable head administrator confirms the unban and allows me to play again on server EN03.
