->My style of leadership and knowledge of people have been influenced by every scene,stop and moment I have had in SAHP.I want this group to be more than just a division.I want it to be a put where people can find their community,their confidence and maybe even a side of themselves they hadnt thought possible.
->I fill like the SAHP is not a simple organisation.We are a group of people who wish to create something enduring.Im here to lead with vision,not with eg
ne day,I hope,a new member will join and say,I stayed because I felt something here.Im prepared to fight for that something.
->In SAHP,I have dedicated many hours to understanding people as well as the processes.I watched how consistency being present each day,encouraging teammates and maintaining composure even when the game grows chaotic is the basis of trust.That trust is a thing I want to earn not demand. As a leader I will not only issue orders when required I will also provide guidance,patience and clarity.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
->SAHP officers will be the most professional force on the server.Every interaction with the public and each other will reflect who we are
->We will bring our DA to the field they will be more than just a name.All officers will be kept updated on new laws through regular sessions
->My goal is simple SAHP will be the organisation that comes to mind when someone asks, Whats the most immersive Org in city? We set the standard,not just because of our position or reputation.

3)Public relation=> Interact with citizens and oversees SAHP image and community involvement
4)SWAT=>An elite unit in the SAHP,the SWAT is in charge of counterterrorism operations
5)TEU=>Maintain Traffic regulation on Highway.
