1. Leader of San Andreas Highway Patrol
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation.)
(i) I've always dreamed of serving as a leader and benefiting the city. I've had excellent experiences in both cities, two and three. And I believe that I am now capable of leading an organization because of all the knowledge I have acquired from working hard during my RP year.
(ii) I have a vision for SAHP and leadership qualities. Additionally, I have held the positions of assistant chief of police for one term and deputy chief of police for another, during which time I kept a careful eye on LSPD operations in City 2. Additionally, I've held the position of chief commander in SAHP in City 3, and most recently, I was the high command of government. I gained beneficial leadership experience, developed a trustworthy command team, and gained an in-depth knowledge of the requirements of an organization.
(iii) If I become a leader, I am confident that I can get good units in the organization who will provide good training and help me run SAHP Term perfectly. The SAHP is the main functioning of the city highways. I will make it more active and attract citizens and teach them what proper RP is.
3. Your advice for improving the role-play level in the organization.
(i) Bonus System: I plan to create a good bonus system in order to motivate more people to join SAHP and work harder in exchange for a larger bonus.
(ii) No favoritism: I will not tolerate any favoritism during my term and will ensure that promotions are awarded to those who deserve them.
(iii) Friendly work environment: I will ensure that my organization has a nice work atmosphere and that everyone is treated fairly. We will operate as a group of friends, so if there is any doubt, units can contact us at any moment.
------------------------------------------------------------------- Departments ----------------------------------------------------------
Human Resources:
The HR department has a crucial position in the future of SAHP. They are tasked with training and mentoring new recruits so that every officer knows proper procedure, roleplay expectations, and operational procedures. The HRs will manage recruitment, assisting the department to grow with quality and well-trained officers.
Internal Affairs (I.A.):
Internal Affairs will be the foundation of accountability for the department. Their duty is to monitor officer activity, review logs, delve into misconduct or complaints, and keep all troopers in line with professionalism and SOP adherence. I.A. will help ensure discipline, equity, and openness.
SWAT (Special Weapons and Tactics):
SWAT will be responsible for the task of conducting high-risk operations across the state. From performing international requests to protecting the SAHP leadership or filling in on major operations, SWAT will operate with speed and precision. The unit will be specially trained and will be the department's tactical response unit.
HWP (Highway Patrol):
Highway Patrol will be dedicated to protecting the safety of civilians on highways and rural roads. Their primary job is to discourage and deter criminal activities, such as those related to robbery or reckless driving, off city boundaries. HWP officers will offer a visible presence, enforce traffic regulations, and assist civilians.
