Life Story :
Vincenzo’s story is perhaps the best example of the expression Survival of the fittest. When I was a young boy in the streets of Casablanca, Morocco, Vincenzo had to live way above his means to survive. After about 14 years he decided to repair bicycles, and at 18 he decided to trade contraband. So all these experiences combined helped him realize that doing what was supposed to be done was not useful. He understood his ambition made him save money, and then took that money out of the streets of Los Santos. Once he left Los Santos, he went around the country with gangs and went to school. He started learning various things and started getting pretty serious. Still contrary to popular belief, he didn’t just grow up becoming power, he learned how to work with purpose. After finding his purpose, he joined the Federal Investigation Bureau to try and do something about it. That is when he finally did succeed at doing that. Wildly though once he realized the system where he had been trying to work for was the same ones they even tried to get out of his way.
Career Story :
In Los Santos, street jobs and hustles were Vincenzo starting points. Gaining respect from all sides early by hustling and thinking ahead. The life, however, was quite tiresome. Weary of the day by day out betrayal and drama, he decided to give his back to the gangs and make the jump to join LSPD. Ranking system also had a place for him using his sharp instincts and sensible attitude, which were his future trademarks, and tactical operations and high risk cases were in his field of recognition. People who hated him also admired Vincenzo, So he started getting scouted by other agencies, FIB, SAHP, FIB tried to seduce him with a better rank and he agreed. FIB did that as well and he went to work again for another organization. but along the way, the level of corruption and the level of blind spots began to reach his threshold level. Now he is still in the business this time.
Outcomes:
1- Vincenzo can take bribes. ( up to 100k and illegal items on the suspect ).
2- Vincenzo can arrest anyone he feels annoyed by or finds any violations in the law. (with an IC reason).
3- Vincenzo can leak information to criminals in exchange for money.( No OOC Leaks )
4- Vincenzo can deny and lie about calling a lawyer and refuse to provide any type of identification.
5- Vincenzo can smash and break bodycams. ( /try 2 times per situation )
6- Vincenzo can add or remove people in wanted list, remove previous reasons for being arrested.
7- Vincenzo can break IC Laws and able to use his position in FIB
8- Vincenzo can torture/interrogate for information or use truth serum to get true information (using the /try command twice per situation).
9- Vincenzo can engage in any type of criminal activity with his family members and his friends & can help them escape situations such as Arrests.
