Rejected Request for unban | Refus de PC Check

Hello, I was banned on June 30 for refusing a PC check. At that moment, I was in prison when a staff member teleported to me and asked me to come to private. I told him I was banned from Discord; he asked for my Discord, and I gave it to him. I waited, and suddenly I crashed out of the connection. I quickly wanted to reconnect using F1; I tried several times, but it didn't work, so I left and tried to relaunch. While I was relaunching, my dad forced me to stop playing. So, I waited on my phone for them to unban me from the Grand RP Discord, and since I had given my Discord, I wanted to tell them I could only come back the next day. But no one added me or unbanned me. The next day, I logged back in and was banned for 60 days for refusing a PC check, even though I am innocent and have nothing to reproach myself for. Today, I am requesting an unban because I have my family to take care of on this account, I have invested a lot of money in it and since my second account is banned, I cannot play grand RP. If unbanning is not possible, I am then asking for a reduction of the penalty so that I can play and continue my RP during the holidays.
