1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
I want to become an admin because I have already experienced a lot on Grand RP, especially on the German server. Unfortunately, the German server is not that much fun for me anymore, so I want to start here on the English server. I played a bit back then, but not much because I only looked at it briefly. I hope that should I be elected as admin I will further my abilities to tend to all players needs and help them in any way I can possible to make their role playing experience better, I want to further this by assisting anyone I can, I believe this is my next step in grand roleplay I haven't achieved much yet, but I want to change that I especially want to help all players but especially the German community on EN 3 who may not understand English well
2. What are your strengths?
I am very honest and confidential
I learn from my mistakes and own up to them and do not cover them up
3. What are your weaknesses?
-a bit of nervousness and I am perfectionism but in a good way I think
and my English is not so good, but I can communicate and understand, but with a little difficult
4. What skills can you bring to the admin team?
-I bring strong teamwork skills, responsibility, Through my RP experience, I understand both the player perspective and what is expected from a reliable admin team. I am able to resolve conflicts objectively and fairly, even in heated situations. I have a good sense of fairness, enforce the rules consistently, and I'm open to constructive feedback. Not only that, but I am also confident with common admin tools and always willing to learn new systems.

-Yes because I don't have one
