2) Why Do You Want To Be The Leader Of This Specific Organization?

2.1 I’ve been playing Grand RP for over a year now and have been part of several criminal organizations during that time. I’ve built a solid reputation in the city and learned a lot along the way. Now, I feel ready to step into a leadership role and take things to the next level.

2.2 I’ve gained valuable experience working my way up in different gangs, and I understand how things operate on the streets — from running turf to organizing events and robberies. I’ve also handled negotiations during store robberies, which taught me how to stay calm under pressure and get the best outcome for the gang.

2.3 One of my biggest strengths is being able to predict how state orgs will react in different situations. Since I’ve been part of so many encounters with them, I know their usual patterns and can use that to outplay them when it matters most — whether it's during a robbery, pursuit, or negotiation.

2.4 I want to build a gang that’s active, respected, and tightly organized. My goal is to create a group that members are proud to be part of — where everyone knows their role, feels involved, and grows stronger together. I’m ready to lead from the front and make that happen.

3. Advice for Improving Role Play in the Organization:

3.1 Anyone who wants to be a part of the organization must have at least 5 years of IC age. This ensures they’ve had enough experience in the city and understand how things work.

3.2 Before bringing someone into the gang, high commands will be required to conduct a short interview — just to check if the person understands basic RP and knows the gang rules.

3.3 Toxic behavior, disrespect, or any form of unnecessary drama won’t be tolerated. I believe in keeping a strong and respectful environment, and anyone breaking that will face strict action.

3.4 Bonuses will be handled in a fair and transparent way. Everyone who contributes in events or turf will get what they’ve earned — no delays, no favoritism.

3.5 I’m fully committed to this role and will make sure to stay active and complete my full term as leader, giving my best throughout.
