i posted this forum on 3 July and today is 6 July but my my complaint is still on pending review

Pending review - Gen Rule 6.4 | 156717 , 174299

As you can see in pov 1- he didnt read my rights 2- he didnt provide me a lawyer under 50 seconds he said there is no lawyer available how it is possible i didnt listen him speaking in radio and according to him he did 3 departments to doj under 50 seconds these guys should get a warn for this
